2. There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. Same has been the position even in earlier dates. The present matter was adjourned at the joint request of learned counsels for the parties on 20.11.2024, before that even on 10.09.2024, 20.05.2024 and 11.01.2024, the matter was adjourned at the joint request of learned counsels for the parties. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
