2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the OA filed by the applicant was allowed on 04.12.2024. Thereafter, similarly situated applicants had also filed their separate OAs which were also allowed. In one of the cases, the respondents tested the order of the Tribunal before the Hon'ble High Court vide Writ Petition No. 6419/2025. However, the same was dismissed by the Hon'ble Court along with a batch of petitions on 02.09.2026. Hence, this MA seeks revival of the CP.
3. We note that the CP was closed by us in lieu of the Writ Petitions pending before the Hon'ble High Courts. Since the same now stand dismissed, the present MA has been filed.
4. In view of what has been discussed herein above and the averments put forth in the MA, the same is allowed. Accordingly, let CP No. 208/2025 be revived for further proceedings.
5. Learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file amended Memo of Parties to bring on record the current incumbents in the office of the respondents within a week. Thereafter, the Registry is directed to issue fresh notices to the respondents.
6. Re-list the CP for further consideration on 17.12.2026.
