No. 793/2026 on behalf of the respondnets. He highlights para 13 & 14, which reads as under: "13. That the Larger Bench has approved the subsequent Chennai Bench order dated 15.07.2026 in Krishna Kumar M. and Giritharan R., holding that the recruitment process should be completed without conducting fresh interviews and the appointment orders are to be issued only after fulfilment of the eligibility conditions prescribed under the applicable Recruitment Rules and the terms of Advertisement No. NIELIT/NIC/2022/2.
14. That the process of re-interview and re-assessment of eligibility of remaining applicants by the Independent Committee had to be put-up on hold due to the O.A. No.962/2025 titled Neeraj Kumar & Anr. in view of the matter referred to Larger Bench due to variance in order dated 30.04.2026 in O.A. No. 1127/2025 & OA NO.
1409/2025 passed by Principal Bench and order dated 15.07.2026 of Chennai Bench." Let the counsel for the applicant go through the same. Re-notify on 05.01.2027.
