DIRECTION

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. Yogesh Sharma For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Rajesh Kr. Gupta with Mr. Jagdeep Mehra Order of The Tribunal Respondents have produced the result of the applicants in sealed cover as per earlier directions of the Tribunal. The same is perused by us and handed back to the respondents' counsel.

2. We note that out of the 8 applicants, Applicant Nos. 7 and 8 have not qualified and the rest of the applicants i.e. Applicant Nos. 1- 6, have qualified in the LDCE.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicants would now seek to press this OA only on behalf of Applicant Nos. 1 to 6.

4. In view of the above, Applicant Nos. 7 and 8 are deleted from the Array of Parties. Accordingly, learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file amended Memo of Parties within a week's time.

5. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is some urgency in the matter since the further process for promotion in the respondents'

department has been kept hanging due to the pendency of the OA.

6. In view of the above, list this matter for final hearing under the 'For Orders' category.

7. Re-list this OA for further consideration on 04.12.2026.
