2. Learned Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant submits that the respondents had tested the order of the Tribunal before the Hon'ble High Court in WP No. 15273/2025. However, the same was dismissed on 24.09.2026. He submits that the instant MA has been filed seeking revival of the CP as per liberty granted by the Tribunal.
3. In view of the averments put forth by learned counsel for the applicant, this MA is allowed. Accordingly, CP No. 456/2025 stands revived for further proceedings.
4. Applicant to file amended Memo of Parties in case there has been any change in the incumbents in office of the respondents. Thereafter, the Registry to issue fresh notices to the respondents within a weeks' time.
5. Re-list this CP for further proceedings on 27.11.2026.
