For Respondent(s) Advocate : V VINOD KUMAR Order of The Tribunal MA/395/2026 is filed by the applicant seeking implementation of the Tribunal’s Order dated 22.03.2017 in OA/1362/2015, which directed that pension be computed with 55% pay element and arrears be released within three months, failing which interest at GPF rates would be payable from the date of retirement. He states that although the respondents released the differential amounts on 02.02.2023, 24.02.2023 and 27.04.2023 after the Supreme Court dismissed their appeal, they did not pay the interest, and that CP/90/2025 was closed on 05.02.2026 as complied with, with liberty granted on 29.09.2026 to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. He prays for a direction to the respondents to pay interest at GPF deposit rates on the delayed payment, from the date of retirement to the dates of actual payment. Shri V. Vinod Kumar, learned Senior Panel Counsel, accepts notice on the MA.
