Having heard learned counsel for the applicant and upon perusal of the aforesaid order, it is directed that, in paragraph 15 of the Order dt. 08.10.2026, the reference to 'Para 12' shall be read as 'Para 13'. The Registry is directed to issue a necessary corrigendum accordingly.
