Heard both the sides. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable by four weeks. Since Mr. S.K. Ghosh, Addl. CGSC has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4, issuance of notice to them is dispensed with. However, applicant is directed to serve extra copies of OA to Addl. CGSC for the respondents within three days. So far as Respondent No. 5 is concerned, let notice be issued to him as per Rule 11(1)(i) of CAT(Procedure) Rules, 1987. Respondents are directed to take instructions and file reply within four weeks. Accordingly, list the matter on 08.12.2026 under the heading of Orders.
In the meantime, respondent No. 5 is directed to keep one(01) post of Office Superintendent vacant in the Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, MP & CG, Bhopal till the disposal of the instant OA.
