CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 10 M.A./393/2026 (BANGALORE) [ EXTENSION OF TIME ] In O.A./402/2024 Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: Order Dated: 02/11/2026 M/O DEFENCE AND OTHERS Vs GOPAL KUMAR For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri N. Amaresh For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Sravan V. Kumar represents Shri Binoy Krishna P.M. Notes of The Registry Order of The Tribunal

Orders on Miscellaneous Application No. 393/2026 This MA is filed by the original respondents seeking extension of time to implement the order passed by this Tribunal dated 17.08.2026 in OA No. 402/2024. Learned counsel Shri N. Amaresh representing the original respondents/applicants in MA would submit that in view of the procedural administrative requirements, the implementation of this Tribunal's order involving examination at multiple levels, collection and verification of records from different offices, etc. though the process of implementation is under progress, the same is not yet been completed. Accordingly, extension of time for compliance requires to be considered and 3 months time be granted to complete the process of implementation of the order of this Tribunal dated 17.08.2026. Learned counsel Shri Sravan V. Kumar representing learned counsel Shri Binoy Krishna P.M. for the original petitioner/respondent in MA objects any extension of time and would submit that reasonable time has been granted by this Tribunal for the respondents to comply the order of this Tribunal. Despite the same, respondents are not taking active steps for implementation of the order. Extending the time would further cause great hardship to the applicant. Accordingly, seeks for rejection of the MA. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material on record, since the original respondents have come out with a plea that the process of implementation is under progress and respondents shall file the compliance report, we find it appropriate to extend the period for compliance by 2 months from today. Accordingly, MA No. 393/2026 stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
