M.A/1030/2026 :- Heard the learned Counsel on both sides. Calling our attention to Annexures A 26 and A 27, the learned Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the direct recruits, who are completing training today, are likely to be promoted as Senior Assistant Directors, Handicrafts; pending adjudication of the dispute on the seniority, if they are promoted, that will prejudice his interests. In this connection, the learned Standing Counsel has invited our attention to Annexure A 23 order of the Lucknow Bench of this Tribunal in O.A/527/2022 dated 15.09.2025 where a decision has been rendered subject to the outcome of the order of this Tribunal in this instant O.A as well as that of the Allahabad Bench in Razza Alam's Case. It is submitted that the O.A before the Allahabad bench has not been decided. Since the seniority of the private respondents is under challenge, we make it clear, on the lines of Annexure A 23, that promotions, if any made, shall be subject to the outcome of this O.A also. Post along with O.A/535/2026 on 18.12.2026.
