2. Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant has preferred representations (Annexure A-1 collectively) for redressal of his grievances raised in this Original Application. His representations are still pending consideration with the respondents. He, therefore, submits that the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the applicant’s representations in a time-bound manner.
3. Considering the limited prayer made by the applicant’s counsel and without going into the merits of the case, this Original Application is disposed of at the admission stage itself with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the applicant’s representations (Annexure A-1 collectively), within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The applicant is directed to make available a copy of this Original Application along with this order to the respondents.
