ORDER

In the present case, the applicant has challenged the impugned orders dated 08th April, 2025 (Annexure A-1) and 29th April, 2025 (Annexure A-2) by which he has been transferred on LOAN BASIS from Pune to Solapur for a period of one year.

2. Thereafter, the present OA has been filed in which this Court has passed interim order dated 09th June, 2025 which reads as under: “This OA was filed on 05th May, 2025. The matter was listed on 07th May, 2025 and notices were issued to the respondents for hearing on interim relief today. Notice was served upon the respondents on 20th May, 2025. However, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents today.

2. Shri Nagrani submits that the entire section of the Solapur Division has been transferred to Pune and the applicant is at present working in Pune. He submits that the applicant is being sent to Solapur on loan basis without his consent. He submits that the applicant is working in Pune Division as on date and he does not wish to go to Solapur as the same is against the laid down policy.

3. In view of the above, he presses for grant of interim relief.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant, the respondents are directed to maintain status quo till

Alphanso next date of hearing.

3. The period of one year is expired on 28th April, 2026. Therefore, according to the learned counsel for the applicant, since interim order is operating and a period is already expired and, therefore, impugned orders lost their efficacy.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has received instructions from email dated 03rd July, 2026 in which it is stated that as per the condition of JPO, “In normal circumstances, no extension is permissible, even though due to any unavoidable situation if extension is required, fresh agreement between competent authority needs to be signed well in time. The validity of JPO was upto 08th April, 2026 and no further instructions regarding extension of JPO is received by the office.

5. Although, pleadings in this case are completed, however, due to subsequent events, the Original Application is disposed of by this order.
