2. The applicant is aggrieved by the suspension order and its subsequent extensions.
3. On 07th October, 2026, after hearing learned counsel for the applicant and the respondents, the Bench had granted three weeks' time to the respondents to file their reply before deciding the interim relief application.
4. Today, no reply has been filed by the respondents.
5. As a last opportunity, time is granted to the respondents, by way of sheer indulgence, to file their reply, failing which interim relief application shall be proceeded with.
