Amendmnet has been necessitated because of the subsequent events i.e. revocation of suspension vide order dated 09th May, 2024. The proposed amendment does not change the nature of the OA. Hence, MA for amendment is allowed. Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks failing which application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Tribunal. The applicant shall file amended Original Application with copy to the counsel for the respondents.
