Counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents filed Review Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa and after due deligence the same has not been listed for admisison before the Hon'ble High Court and, therefore, he prays that this CP may kindly be adjourned accordingly. On the other hand, Ld. Counsel for the applicant submitted that mere filing of the RA cannot absolve the liability for proceeding in the CP due to non-compliance of the order of this Bench, especially, in the absence of any stay. Hence, he prayed for proceeding in this CP in accordance with law. Considering the sincere prayer of Dr. Mishra, we reluctantly allow time till 18.11.2026 to submit full compliane report, in absece of any stay order by the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa in the RA stated to have been filed and pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa.
