O R D E R
The instant Original Application No. 1113 of 2021 (Deepak Vij Vs Union of India and Others) was reserved on 02.11.2026 in the Single Bench of the undersigned. The OA has been filed against the seniority assigned to respondent no 4. A perusal of the records also reveals that during the pendency of the OA, on 16.08.2022 (Annexure No CA-9 to the Counter filed by respondent no 4), the department has published a seniority list. Determination of the seniority is cognizable by Division Bench and thus, the matter is hereby released from this Bench to be listed before the appropriate MANISH KUMAR SRIVASTAVA
Division Bench. The case shall also no longer be treated as part heard case of this Bench.
2. Thus, in above circumstances, Registry is directed to list this matter on 17.11.2026 before Division Bench.
3. Registry is also directed to inform the date fixed and communicate this order to the counsel for the parties immediately.
