In the instant case, the applicant has challenged the impugned order dated 06.10.2026, whereby the respondents have rejected the appeal preferred by the applicant on the ground that the same is not maintainable under the provisions of Rule 25 of the GDS (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2015.
