For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal Ms. Saumya Mandhyan, learned counsel for the applicants, and Mr. Ajay Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the respondents, are present and heard. Order on M.A. No. 5709 of 2026 (Correction Application) Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in the order sheet dated 03.07.2026, the date of the order has been inadvertently mentioned as 15.04.2026 in paragraph nos. 2, 5 and 6, instead of the correct date, i.e. 17.04.2026. Therefore, the applicants have filed the present correction application seeking correction of the aforesaid date. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the correction application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the date 15.04.2026 mentioned in paragraph nos. 2, 5 and 6 of the order sheet dated 03.07.2026 shall be read as 17.04.2026.
