CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL ALLAHABAD Order Sheet Item no.: 41 M.A./4497/2026 (ALLAHABAD) [ RECALL APPL ] In O.A./1582/2017 REDUCTION IN PAY M.A./4865/2026 Court No.: 3 No of Adjournment: 3 Order Dated: 04/11/2026 RAJ KAPOOR Vs D G M/O DEFENCE

For Applicant(s) Advocate :

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal Shri Anmol Tiwari, counsel for the applicant and Shri Bablu Singh, counsel for the respondents are present and heard. It appears that M.A. No. 5865/2026 was already decided by this Tribunal hence, registry is directed to delist the aforesaid M.A. from the cause list. Order on M.A. (Restoration Application No. 1967/2026) Counsel for the applicant submitted that earlier this Tribunal allowed the M.A. No. 4497/2026 and restored the M.A. No. 1967/2026, which was dismissed in default and for non-prosecution on 31.07.2026. Heard, counsel for the parties on M.A. No. 1967/2026 which was filed by the applicant for recalling the Order dated 17.03.2026 dismissing the O.A. No. 1582/2017 in default and for non-prosecution. We have perused the M.A. filed along with affidavit. The grounds of non-appearance mentioned in para-3 of the accompanying affidavit seem to be sufficient. Accordingly, M.A. No. 1967/2026 is allowed and the Order dated 17.03.2026 is recalled and O.A. No. 1582/2017 is restored to its original number.

Order on O.A. List this matter for final hearing on 02.12.2026.
