ORDER
MA 1367, 1368 of 2026
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. In compliance of the order dated 14.03.2018, passed in MA 2645 of 2017, after death of Major Baldeo Singh (Retd.), name of his wife Smt. Jalwanti had been substituted as legal heir of the deceased applicant. Newly added legal heir Smt. Jalwanti has also died leaving other legal representatives namely Satvir Singh (son), Bimla Hooda (daughter) and Kamlesh Dhul (daughter). In this regard, MA 1367 of 2026 which is supported with affidavit and also MA No. 1368 of 2026 for setting aside the abatement, supported with affidavit, have been moved. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection. Hence, MA 1368 of 2026 is allowed in the interest of justice and abatement is set aside. Later on heard on MA 1367 of 2026 to substitute the legal hear of late Smt Jalwanti. The same is allowed.

….2. Office is directed to amend the Memo of Parties and to substitute legal representatives, namely Satvir Singh (son), Bimla Hooda (daughter) and Kamlesh Dhul (daughter) in place of Smt. Jalwanti. The applicant’s counsel has already filed amended Memo of Parties at page No. 67 which will be kept just above the previous Memo of Parties to the OA.
Accordingly, both the MAs stand disposed of. OA 1861 of 2017
