ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

According to learned counsel for the applicant in absence of Ledger Account of the individual, the corrected retirement gratuity payment cannot be ascertained. Learned counsel for the respondents admits that he has not annexed the Ledger Account of the applicant with the reply. Learned counsel for the applicant has placed before us a printout of AFCAO website giving the figure of gratuity is Rs.20,00,000/- whereas the applicant had only been paid Rs.14,00,000/-. Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file Ledger Account of the applicant along with calculation chart and explain why Rs.14,00,000/- of gratuity has been paid to the applicant instead of Rs.20,00,000/- when their own AFCAO website is showing Rs.20,00,000/-. List on 10.12.2026.
