ORDER

MA 1481 of 2026

This application along with affidavit has been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant under Rule 18 of the Armed Forces Tribunal (AFT) (Procedure) Rule 2008 read with Section 151 of CPC for amendment and correction in the OA.

From the perusal of record, it itranspires that the OA 540 of 2020 has been allowed by this Bench on 03.07.2026 and a judicial precedent of “OA 520 of 2015, Smt. Kusum Kaintura Vs. Union of India and Others, decided on 14.08.2018” has been relied on. Actually, the OA No. is 510 of 2015 in place of 520 of 2015 at page No.2 of the order. This typographical error may be corrected suo motu or on the application of either parties under Section 152 of CPC. Accordingly, the typographical error is corrected in red ink. Amended copy of the order in OA 540 of 2020 may be obtained by the concerned parties.

Accordingly, the MA is disposed of.
