ORDER

JUSTICE UMESH CHANDRA SHARMA, MEMBER (J)

The case is called out several times. None appears on behalf of the applicant.

2. From the perusal of record, it transpires that earlier the applicant had approached this Tribunal by filing OA No. 1428/2011, Bishan Chand Ahluwalia vs. UOI & Ors. for the same relief i.e. for grant of service pension which was dismissed by this Tribunal while sitting in Circuit Bench at Shimla vide order dated 19.01.2012. The order passed by this Tribunal was challenged in the Hon’ble Himachal Pradesh of Shimla by way of CWP No. 9955 of 2012-F which was disposed of on 07.04.2015 with the observation and remedy to approach Hon’ble Supreme Court against judgement of AFT. Instead of filing SLP in the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the applicant has further filed the present OA for the same relief.

3. This OA is also barred by principle of res-judicata. “Hence, the OA is dismissed accordingly”.
