Present: Mr. S. K. Sharma, counsel for applicant bank. Ms. Shivika Mehra, counsel for defendants.
Matter is taken through Video Conferencing/ hybrid Mode.
2. **IA no.3051/2026** has been filed by the applicant bank for withdrawal of the present TA and counter claim.
3. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant bank submits that the defendants accepted the terms of OTS and accordingly paid the entire OTS amount. He further submitted that he wishes to withdraw the present TA.
4. In view of amicable settlement, **IA no. 3051/2026 is allowed. TA no. 1547/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn.** All the pending IAs stand disposed of.
5. **IA. No.3394/2026** has been filed by the applicant bank for return of original documents.
6. In view of amicable settlement, **Registry is directed to return the original documents after keeping the certified copies on records.**
