The Court:- This application has been necessitated due to the death of one ofthe Joint Special Officer.

By a Terms of Settlement, dated 27 September, 2007, the Joint Special Officerswere appointed in respect of the affairs and management of the company.

It is submitted that during the pendency of this proceedings one of the JointSpecial Officers has expired.

In view of the death of the one of the Joint Special Officers, the parties haveagreed that Mrs. Amrita Panja Moulick, Advocate be inducted as a Joint SpecialOfficer as part of the Joint Administrator pendente lite to resume their role in termsof the Terms of Settlement dated 27 September, 2007. The consequential directionsfor change of the bank mandate of the Joint Special Officer is also allowed.

In view of the above, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) to (d) of theNotice of Motion.

With the aforesaid directions ACO/5/2022 stands disposed of.
