Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent authorities/ more specifically the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the representation dated 18.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of this order upon giving proper hearing to all the parties concerned and pass a reasoned order in accordancewith law. Copy of which shall be served upon all the parties.
