The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. forquashing of Criminal complaint No.137 dated 06.8.2005 under Sections379,420,467,468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code (Annexure P-2) on the basis ofcompromise dated 16.12.2010 (Annexure P-6) qua the petitioner-Pardeep SinghDhaliwal.

Respondent-complainant Iqbal Singh Dhillon present in the Courtthrough counsel and does not dispute the contents of compromise (Annexure P-6).

In view of the statement made by the complainant-Iqbal SinghDhillon, Criminal complaint No.137 dated 06.8.2005 under Sections379,420,467,468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of ChiefJudicial Magistrate, U.T. Chandigarh (Annexure P-2) is quashed with allconsequential proceedings arising therefrom qua petitioner-Pardeep Singh Dhaliwal.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
