It is stated that the adhoc service rendered by the petitionerw.e.f. 15.12.1961 to 23.12.1968 (total 23 months and 10 days) has beentaken into consideration for payment of pensionary benefits. Accordingly,an amount of Rs. 47,919/- has been ordered to be paid to the petitioner bythe Disbursing Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is alsoentitled to the revised gratuity. If there is any unpaid claim on that account,petitioner is directed to make representation to the respondents, which shallbe considered in accordance with the law.

Petition is disposed of as such.
