It transpires from the order dated February15, 2010 that the writ petition was dismissed fordefault for non-appearance of the parties. Inconnection with the same, the application forrestoration, being CAN 1 of 2010 (Old CAN 2332of 2010) was filed.

This is the second successive occasionwhen none appears on behalf of either of theparties for moving the said application forrestoration.

Hence, CAN 1 of 2010 (Old CAN 2332 of2010) is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
