The Court: The matter has appeared at the instance of the Department.It appears that pursuant to an order dated 29 January, 1990 passed by aCo-ordinate Bench, a sum of Rs. 25,000/- has been kept with the Registrar,Original Side and the same is not earning any interest. Significantly, neither ofthe parties nor their respective Advocates had brought this fact to the attentionof this Court.

In such circumstances, the Registrar, Original Side is directed to investthe amount of Rs. 25,000/- in any short term fixed deposit with any nationalizedbank and keep the same renewed until further orders of Court.

Let this matter go out of the list.
