Petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition requiring thepetitioner to report before the Investigating Officer once a weekuntil further orders as imposed by the order dated November30, 2017.

None appears for the State.

It is submitted that the police filed charge sheet.

Since the police filed charge sheet, requirement of thepetitioner to report to the Investigating Officer once in a week asimposed by the order dated November 30, 2017 is waived.

All other conditions in the order dated November 30,2017 will remain the same.

CRAN 1 of 2018 (old CRAN 1518 of 2018) is disposed ofaccordingly.
