The instant revisional application was restored to itsoriginal file and number on 3[rd] April, 2024.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that on14[th] April, 2024 the applicant/petitioner was arrested sincethere an order of stay on the proceedings of the Sessions CaseNo. 72 of 1992 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 15 of1997 was not granted and prayed for an order of bail inconnection with the judgment and order of conviction andsentence on 30.07.1998 passed by the learned AssistantSessions Judge, Purulia in the aforesaid Sessions Case and thesaid prayed is allowed.

Vide one order the learned trial court allowed theapplicant/petitioner on bail subject to the satisfaction of thelearned Assistant Sessions Judge, Purulia.

The applicant/petitioner be enlarged on bail incompliance with the conditions as stipulated in the aforesaidorder passed by the learned trial court. Theapplicant/petitioner should be present before the Court oneach and every date of hearing failing which granting bail ofthe applicant/petitioner will be cancelled.

The order dated 06.03.2006 be stayed till the disposal ofthis revisional application.

Accordingly, the applications being CRAN 3 of 2024 and4 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let the matter be fixed on the returnable date i.e. 13[th]June, 2024.

Copy of the order sent to the department for duecompliance.
