Case No. XXVI/September/95 arising out ofGhatal P.S. Case No. 5 dated 17.08.1983 under Sections147/448/323/304 IPC. The report be submitted by the nextdate.

4. The Officer-in-Charge, Ghatal P.S., Midnapore is furtherdirected to produce aforesaid Sanu Khan @ Sanur before thisCourt on 15[th] May, 2023 at 2.00 p.m.directed to produce aforesaid Sanu Khan @ Sanur before thisCourt on 15[th] May, 2023 at 2.00 p.m.
