Mr. Sanat Kr. Roy, counsel for the petitionerssubmits that he wishes to not press this writ petition withliberty to approach the authority concerned to grant himpermit on account of the letter issued by the authority onFebruary 13, 2009.

In light of the above submission, this writ petitionis disposed of as not pressed with liberty given to thepetitioners to make a fresh application before theauthority concerned relying upon the letter of theauthority dated February 13, 2009.

There will be no order as to costs.
