It is pointed that there is a typographical mistake in the order dated12.12.2018 as the Complaint Case No.C/304/2013 under Sections 138/141of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is presently pending in the Courtof Judicial Magistrate, 3[rd] Court, Sealdah.

Therefore, the necessary correction be made and noted accordingly.Other portions of the order dated December 12, 2018 shall remainunaltered and accordingly be displayed in the server accordingly.
