-Vs.-

Sri Tripuresh Mukherjee & Anr.

Both parties are not represented.

It appears that the instant revisional applicationfiled by the petitioners has already been dismissed fordefault on 03.09.2014 by this Court. Against the saidorder of dismissal the present application is filed witha prayer for restoration of the present revisionalapplication to its original file and number after settingaside the order of dismissal.

It appears that the present application prayingfor restoration is pending since the year 2014 andaccordingly there is reasonable ground to believe thatthe petitioners are no longer interested to proceedwith the present revisional application. Accordingly, the present application for restoration beingCAN/1/2014 (Old No.:CAN/11672/2014) filed inconnection with the revisional application beingCO/3469/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
