ORAL JUDGEMENT

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and keeping in view the fact that this civil revision application is of the year 1995, interest of justice will be served in case this civil revision application is disposed of in the terms that the interim relief earlier granted by this Court on 23.8.95 shall continue till the decision of the suit. The learned trial court shall decide the civil suit which is of the year 1991, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The suit has to be given priority for another reason that one of the petitioner is of the age over 89 years, that is, the suit is of a senior citizen. Rule and civil revision application stand disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
