There is no interim order since July, 2012 inrespect of the proceedings arising out of Lake Police StationCase No. 216 dated 13.09.2009 corresponding to CGR CaseNo. 3149 of 2009.

The petitioner approached this court for quashingthe said proceedings in the year 2012. The records of therevisional application reflect that the petitioner approached inrespect of the proceedings when the same was at theinvestigation stage.

The Sub-inspect of Police who submitted the reportbefore this court would personally appear and explain whether the charge-sheet or the report under Section 173 of the Codeof Criminal Procedure has been filed till date or not and if notwhy.
