In the course of argument, Mr. Raval, learned advocate for the petitioner, states before the Court that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of the Alahar Co-operative Credit Service Society v. Sham Lal, reported in 1995 (2) GLH, 550, he does not press this application with an added ground that the main petition challenging the award is still pending before this Court. As the learned advocate for the petitioner does not press this application and in our opinion the application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the Alahar Co-operative Credit Service Society's case (supra), the request of the learned advocate for the petitioner to permit him to withdraw the petition is granted. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged. No order as to costs.
