Present petition has been filed praying for protection to thelife and liberty of the petitioners, in view of the marriage solemnized bythem against the wishes of respondent Nos. 4 to 9.

3,On the asking of the Court, Mr. Ashok Muthreja, DAG,Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and threecopies of the petition have been supplied to him in the Court.

4The documents annexed by the petitioners including thesecondary examination certificates and the Marriage Certificate showsthat both are major and are present in Court also duly identified by their CRM-M-50113-2017

counsel. They apprehend danger to their life and liberty at the hands ofrespondent Nos. 4 to 9. Therefore, respondent No.2 is directed to takecare of life and liberty of the petitioners, as per law .

5.With the above direction, the petition stands disposed of.onHowever, it is made clear that this order may not beconstrued as expression of an opinion on legality and validity of themarriage of the petitioners, 29.12.2017Gaurav Sorot ( MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU)JUDGE
