Petitioners claim that they have attained majority and married againstthe wishes of their family members. Apprehending threat to their life and liberty,they have filed the present petition for protection.

Petitioners claim to have submitted a representation (Annexure P-4)dated 28.12.2020, in this regard, to the Superintendent of Police, District Panipat. —

Petitioners have placed on record copies of their Aadhar Cards,(Annexures P-1 and P-2) respectively as proof of their age as well as copy of|Marriage certificate (Annexure P-3).

This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Station HouseOfficer, Police Station Quila Police Chowki, Sethi Chowk Area, Panipat, Haryana CRWP No.10985 of 2020 (O&M)

to look into the representation Annexure P-4 dated 28.12.2020 and ensure that no|harm is caused to the petitioners.

However, it is made clear that this order shall not be treated as stamp.of the Court about the marriage of the parties and no opinion regarding the validity|of the marriage has been expressed.
