ORAL JUDGEMENT

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner prayed for direction to the respondent to hand over the investigation of the case arising out of Entry No.16/99 of Chotila Police Station to any other agency which this Court feels just and proper.

3. Reply to the special criminal application has been filed and therefrom I find that in all the complaints which have been filed from time to time, the police authorities have taken appropriate action and more than three times inquiry has been conducted by different police officers but it is found to be only a case of suicide committed by the son of the petitioner.

4. In view of this fact which is revealed from the reply and not controverted by the petitioner by filing rejoinder thereto, I do not find any merits in this petition and the same is dismissed. Rule discharged. Interim relief, if any, granted stands vacated. No order as to costs.
