Costs in terms of the judgment dated 18.06.2018, infact, already stood paid to the respondent. Therefore, thesubsequent order dated 31.12.2018 directing the DivisionalCommissioner, Shimla to deduct the said amount from thepension of the then Field Kanungo Shri Som Dutt, is recalled tothis extent.
