Oral judgment (Per Soni, J.)

Learned advocate for the petitioner is absent.

In view of the previous orders, it appears that the amount to be paid by respondent No.1 to the petitioner has been paid and the same has been deposited by respondent No.2, may be under the order of this Court.

As the advocate for the petitioner is absent, it can be assumed that he does not want to prosecute this application further. Hence, application is dismissed for want of prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
