No specific ground has been taken in the present petition for the cancellation of the bail granted by this Court to respondent No.2, vide order dated 29.8.2013. Hence, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case there is any specific instance of violation of any of the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court on 29.8.2013, in future.
2. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
