Heard. By medium of this application, theapplicants/appellants have sought condonation of 186 daysdelay which has crept up in filing of the appeal. Eventhough the application is vehemently opposed. However,perusal of the averments contained in para-2 of theapplication, I find sufficient cause having been carved outby the applicants in filing the application. Orderedaccordingly. Application stands disposed of.
