By way of this application, a prayer has been made by the applicant-Insurance Company for release of the amount in its favour, which lying deposited in the Registry of this Court.
Having heard learned Senior Counsel appearing for applicant/respondent No. 3, this application is allowed and the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court, strictly in terms of judgment passed by this Court, be released in favour of the applicant/Insurance Company, by remitting the same in its bank account, details whereof have been provided in para-3 of the application. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
