The learned Senior Additional Advocate General has produced the entire record for perusal of the Court. I have gone through the contents of the F.I.R. as well as the investigation carried out till date. From perusal of the records it appears that the petitioner has made out a case for being released on bail. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer in F.I.R. No.125/08 dated 18.12.2008 registered under Section 3(1)(X) SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Bangana, District Una, H.P. The petition is disposed of.
