Learned Additional Advocate General has placed onrecord status report in terms of order dated 31.12.2021 passed bythis Court, which goes to indicate that the petitioner has beenpromoted as Central Head Teacher on 11.1.2022 and is presentlyworking as such at GCPS Pokhi, Education Block Karsog-I and hasalso been paid pay arrear worth Rs.1,49,587/-.
2. In view of this, the present contempt petition standsdisposed of. Notices are discharged. However, it is made clear thatin case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he is at liberty to revive thispetition. Pending application(s) if any, are also disposed of.
