CORAM: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE UMESH A. TRIVEDI

Date : 31/12/2018 ORAL ORDER

Learned advocate Ms. Akshitaba Solanki asserts that a parole leave application of the convict-prisoner dated 22.11.2018 has been sent through outward no.1613/18 which is still pending before the District Magistrate, Junagadh. She claims that the said application was moved for the cataract surgery of the convict's mother, which is scheduled on 05.01.2019.

Respondent No.3-District Magistrate is directed to dispose of the same at the earliest in view of the scheduled surgery on 05.01.2019. It is expected that it has remained unattended, if claim of the petitioner is true, for long.

Therefore, it is to be disposed of as early as possible with the above said direction. This application stands rejected.
